According to Bright MLS, the marketplace for Gaithersburg, MD residential properties, here’s what happened in October Vs September 2023:
The number of sold listings Decreased by 38% to 33 properties with a top sale of $1.2 million at 9104 Bonny Brook Ct.
The Average Sales Price decreased by 15% to $675,000 and the Average Price Per Square Foot is $270.
The inventory of properties available for sale is measured in month supply and it increased by 83% to 1.79 month worth of properties for sale.
The 30-year fixed mortgage rate is at an average rate of 7.7% according to Freddiemac.com
