The number of sold listings Increased 33% to properties with a top sale of $6.4 million at 6412 Highland Dr, Chevy Chase
The Average Sales Price Increased by 2% to $750,000 million and the Average Price Per Square Foot is $309.
The inventory of properties available for sale is measured in month supply and it decreased by 22% to 1.22 month worth of properties for sale.
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate is at an average rate of 6.5% according to Freddiemac.com.
