According to Bright MLS, the marketplace for North Bethesda, MD residential properties, here’s what happened 2024 Vs 2023:
The number of sold listings increased by 49% to 152 properties with a top sale of $3.2 million at 11230 Huntover Dr
The Average Sales Price increased by 19% to $1,000,000 and the Average Price Per Square Foot is $385.
The 30-year fixed mortgage rate is at an average rate of 7% according to Freddiemac.com
