According to Bright MLS, the marketplace for Potomac, MD residential properties, here’s what happened in 2024 Vs 2023:
The number of sold listings increased by 3% to 404 properties with a top sale of $5.7 million at 9837 Avenel Farm Dr
The Average Sales Price increased by 7% to $1.6 million and the Average Price Per Square Foot is $362.
The 30-year fixed mortgage rate is at an average rate of 7% according to Freddiemac.com
